Mr.Sujay Pachange
President & CEOSujay Gitaram Pachange laid the foundations of Varad agglomerate in 2010 when he first established Varad HR. While Sujay was pursuing his degree in Management from Sinhgad Institute, Lonavala, he met with an accident that limited his physical mobility for life. Sujay would not let this tremendous hurdle deter his ambitions and setup a business office focused on labour contracts and staffing. Sujay’s managerial background, drive, and remarkable communication skills soon made Varad HR an acclaimed and sought-after company in the area. Starting with contracts for 20 to 30 people, Varad HR expanded its labour contracts to those of 2000 people.
After this initial success, Sujay Pachange’s incredible foresight and ingenuity led to the creation of the Varad Group of Companies, which include the original Varad HR, G Y Waste Management, and G Y Pachange Transport, to name a few. Today, Sujay, a father of two, exhibits the same drive, spirit, and confidence in expanding his business while making the best of his and others’ lives.
